If a payment method has not been added, then all Pro features of your Matter Slack channel and Web App workspace will be disabled and you will be automatically switched to the Free Forever plan.

Each channel is billed as a separate account. If team members are in multiple Matter channels, they will be counted separately for each channel.
We only charge for team members that are in a Matter-connected Slack/Teams channel, not the entire workspace. For example, if your workspace has 100 members, but only 20 are in your Matter channel, you would be billed for 20 channel members.
Billing plans are pro-rated daily based on the number of channel users. The invoice amount will be automatically adjusted and charged at the end of the billing cycle to the payment method on file.
In other words, you'll only pay based on the number of channel users and how long they are in the Matter-connected Slack/Teams channel.
Gift Cards + Charitable Donations
Each time an Admin approves a teammate's Rewards request, the company credit card on file will be charged for the Reward. In other words, coins are not prepaid for.
The cost of the reward is the face value of the gift card or charitable donation, plus a 3% transaction fee to cover automatic delivery fees.
So for example, a $10 Amazon Gift Card will cost $10.30
There is no cost associated with custom rewards because teams/companies are responsible for their own delivery of the reward.
