Last week, we shared how our team at Matter started incorporating a new weekly tradition that carves out dedicated time to share feedback every week. We call it: Feedback Friday.
This was a good way for us to eat our own dog food so to speak. Now, giving feedback on Fridays is second nature to us. Today, we're inviting you to take part in our tradition and participate in Feedback Friday!
We're all guilty of it. We know how important feedback can be to our careers (and for our peers). But we also find ourselves too busy in the day-to-day to ask or give it. So starting now, no more excuses.
Every Friday, put aside 15-30 minutes to give feedback to someone you recently worked with, but haven't given feedback to.
The challenge. Once a week, put aside dedicated time to help your peers, may it be colleagues or clients, grow in what they do. Every Friday for the month of February, set aside 15-30 minutes to give feedback to someone you recently worked with, but haven't given feedback to. It's that simple, and we know your peers will appreciate it.
Ready? Starting this Friday (2/7/2020) and until the end of this month (2/28/2020), every feedback you give on Matter will enter you into the giveaway. Here's how Feedback Friday works:
*Matter defines unique and quality feedback as feedback that is given to different people and constructive (meaning no spam or copy and paste), respectively.
