Company Swag

Hi there. Sam from Matter here. And in this video, I'm gonna show you how you can add branded company swag to your Matter Company Store. Custom apparel, drinkware, bags, and much more that Matter prints and ships worldwide. No inventory, no order quantity minimums, and no fulfillment on your end. Great. Let's go ahead and jump on in. First off, we're gonna go into the Company Store where you can add branded items.

So we're gonna go in the Rewards Manager, Company Store, and here's where you're gonna be able to create items that team members will see in the store in which they can use to redeem their coins for rewards. Two options to add items. If you wanna go ahead and have Matter do it yours do it for you in a matter of minutes, go ahead and click Create My Swag. We'll try to pull your logo. If not, go ahead and upload your logo. We'd recommend using an SVG file for the highest quality. And once you're happy with it, go ahead and click Use My Logo. Once ready, we're gonna generate some of our top items for you to easily add into your store and get started.

You can deselect some of the items if you don't want them. No problem. And you can always go back and edit these items at any time. Let's go ahead and add in a few of these items here just to make it a little bit fun. These four, let's say, five four items here. Click Create My Items, and your swag items are live. It's that simple. You can edit those swag items directly here in the Company Store, and you can either enable or disable them as well.

So that's one quick option. Alternatively, if you wanna view our rewards catalog of over 1,900 plus options, go ahead and click Add Reward, branded company swag. Here's where you're gonna be able to search for products, brands, categories, or view the different categories such as apparel, drinkware, etcetera, or view some of our recommended and most popular products as well. One thing to note and call out is that all of our items are gonna show the cost of the item, the shipping, the taxes, and one print location.

We do that to be very transparent, so there's no hidden costs when you are delivering and purchasing that swag. Great. For this time, we're gonna go ahead and create a sweatshirt. We'll go ahead and go down and like this Champion hoodie here, we'll see that there's six sizes and lots of different colors. We'll go ahead and click into that. We can view the different preview images. We can view the details of the hoodie itself, including the average time to order for US orders, print areas, and the details of this specific swag item. When we're happy with it, we can go ahead and click Continue.

And here's where we can start designing. Here's where we can upload different images. We can see the different locations. We can adjust different colors we wanna add here as well within the swag item. So we'll go ahead and upload an image here. We're just gonna do one for on the front. You can center it, fit it to the middle, etcetera. And you can also preview this at any time should you wanna see what this looks like on the actual item itself.

And then when you're happy with it, let's go ahead and we can adjust the preview in which users are gonna see in the swag store. Maybe we want the light steel to show, and we want this to be the primary mock up of that. And then we can make the item fun and exciting by using AI to write the title and the description as well. And when you're ready, go ahead and click Generate, and AI will go ahead and write a new title and description for you.

You can choose to accept it and modify it, or you can keep the original. And then at the bottom, you're also gonna see the shipping and pricing for both US and international pricing as well. Once you're happy with the item here, adjust the title here, and we'll go ahead and click Save Item. That item is gonna be added directly into your Company Store here. And again, you can edit it or disable it at any time. You can add as many items as you'd like. So in order to go ahead and redeem those and see those rewards, go into the rewards store here. We're gonna go down to Company Store.

You're gonna be able to click View All. And then here's some of those items we just created including that that hoodie there. So users are gonna be able to take their coins, select a specific color, select a specific size, see the coin amount, go ahead and put in their shipping address. And then upon admin approval, they're gonna get notified of the reward inside of Slack or Microsoft Teams of when it's being created, when it's been shipped, and when it's been delivered, along with shipping and tracking information right in there.

In addition, you can send these items directly to team members or external partners with Direct Rewards. This is perfect for new hires or milestones or sending out a company holiday gift. Go into Direct Rewards there, select your item, select the different size and the color, and go ahead and leave a memo there for a note. You can go ahead and add in shipping addresses here as well. Select your shipping method. Confirm the address. Select your payment method and the quantity as well, and click Place Order when you're ready with that. That pretty much covers company swag with Matter.
