What actually happens on a Feedback Friday?

Can we run it on a day other than Friday?
Yes. The day, the frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), the kickoff time and the message text are all configurable, so the ritual fits your week rather than the other way round.
Is Feedback Friday free?

Will it spam our channel?
