What can a challenge ask people to do?
Anything you want more of: give three kudos this week, complete a security training, join a volunteer day, finish a learning activity. You write the name, description, duration and reward, or start from one of Matter’s defaults.
How do people prove they completed one?
They submit a claim in Slack or Teams, attaching whatever evidence the challenge calls for. An admin reviews it in the same place and approves or declines. About 91% of claims get approved.
Do challenges have to give a reward?
No. The coin reward is optional and set per challenge, so a challenge can run on recognition alone or carry a fixed number of coins on approval.
Who can create and approve challenges?
Admins create challenges and review claims; everyone else sees the available challenges and how to complete them. Admins also see participation, claim details and total rewards spend.
