Hi there, Sam from Matter here, and in this video, I'm going to show you how you can send Pulse and eNPS surveys inside Microsoft Teams with Matter. More specifically, we're going to walk through the survey setup, look at the survey itself, and lastly, the results. At Matter, we created Pulse surveys to help companies understand how people are thinking and feeling in real time. That's why all of our Pulse surveys are anonymous to help get unbiased feedback.

With our Pulse surveys, we're going to start inside of the web app under Pulse surveys, and our Pulse surveys are based on a question library. By default, we have over 100 questions across 10 categories and 26 subcategories, all researched and independently tested. We can completely customize this library as we see fit. We simply go into the question library, and here's where we're going to have the ability to adjust categories, subcategories, and questions, whether it be editing, deleting, or disabling altogether.

Great, so once we have our question library, next we're gonna go into our admin settings, and we're gonna go into Pulse survey. Here's where we can go ahead and set the settings for the surveys and launch it. So we can decide who we wanna send the survey to, we can exclude people, we can select the frequency of the survey, as well as the question count for the Pulse component of it. Next, we can enable and disable eNPS, as well as adjust the frequency.

All of the real-time feedback will be sent to admins or whoever selected inside of Teams. You can also enable smart reminders, and lastly, you can add on coins for survey completions. Matter is one of the only companies that allows you to do this, and we see response rates and participation rates increase by over 35% when coins are rewarded. So it's that simple. Go ahead and you can launch it or hit Preview, and then when you hit Launch, people essentially are going to get a red dot notification inside of the chat and with Matter. So here's an example of a sample survey. We'll see a little bit about the survey. It'll state if there's a coin reward as well as who it's from.

It'll state that it's anonymous as well. Users can click Start Pulse Survey, and then it'll take them to the survey. Again, it's going to state that it's anonymous, and if the eNPS is enabled, you're going to see that as the first question. Go ahead and click the drop-down. In our response, we use the agree-disagree scale, that five-point Likert scale, just keeping it consistent and helping avoid survey fatigue. After each question, you're going to be able to leave an anonymous comment that's going to be directly sent to an admin or whoever is specified in the settings. The next questions are gonna be those Pulse survey questions, and in the response, you can skip this question if you prefer. Go ahead and hit send, and it's that simple.

That comment will be sent to the admin who's selected, and then if we want to, we can go ahead and go back into the Pulse survey here to view more of our data. We can either view our data based on a date range, or we can filter our data by either team or segments that we create. Please note that a segment must have three or more members for you to be able to view the data around. And so we have an overall engagement score, we also have those engagement categories, we can dive deeper into those categories, we can look at questions based on subcategories, and we can also look at the score distribution per question.

We can dive into that and view comments that are in there as well, really getting to the root if there's any problem or feedback. Additionally, we're gonna see the eNPS question in here as well, we can dive in and view the comments there as well, as well as the participation rate. All this data is exportable and downloadable by our Excel file here as well. Great, so that's pretty much Pulse and eNPS surveys of the Matter.
