Teams can set up your HRIS integration from the Matter web app by going to Settings, opening HRIS Integration, selecting Sign In to HRIS, and following the guided setup flow. HRIS integration requires a paid Matter plan, and the initial sync may take a few minutes depending on data volume. Admins can later configure your HRIS integration from the HRIS settings page.

Segments update automatically every 24 hours, which helps keep reporting and targeting current as employee data changes.

Can ADP Workforce Now data power celebrations in Matter?
