After setup, Matter automatically syncs with your HRIS, and later syncs run every 24 hours to keep data current. Admins can also use Matter to set up your HRIS integration and manage actions like starting a sync immediately, viewing sync history, reconnecting the HRIS, or disconnecting it when needed.
